Order export

An order export flow sends orders from the platform to one or more external systems. Unlike synchronization flows, an order export flow does not support enrichment steps or aspects — it focuses on delivering order data to the configured export connectors.

Flow Setup

Every order export flow starts with a source and defines one or more export connectors as destinations.

Source

The source defines where the order data originates. You can choose from the following options:

  • Current data
Uses order data that already exists in the database. No external requests to connectors are made.
  • Connector
Retrieves order data from a connector.

Export connectors

Export connectors define the external systems that will receive the order data. You can configure one or more connectors as export destinations. Each connector will receive the order data from the source.

Example: Multi-channel Order Export

If you want to send orders to both an ERP system and a warehouse management system, you can configure the flow with multiple export connectors — one for each destination.
